Hello! I'm Ketra Richmond. I've partnered with renowned companies 'J. Ellis', 'Edge2Learn', & 'Gracehill' in an effort to offer students the most quality on demand learning experience. I created 'The Apt University' to help develop top tier sales agents and  knowledgeable industry professionals.

At 'The Apt University', students learn how to build rapport with prospects and transform discovery conversations into solid connections by listening to their customer's needs.

 

In addition to our customer service & sales courses, students will learn how to manage a healthier work life balance. Our mental wellness program provides them with the credence and clarity required to quickly excel as sales agents and become future industry leaders without compromising their peace of mind.

As a motivated coaching professional I've had the opportunity to inspire, educate, and share over 20 years of multifamily business intelligence to 3,000+ industry professionals across 10 states. My time representing multinational technology and marketing corporations RealPage and Apartments.com, increased my knowledge and understanding of technology-based demands. However, social intelligence has played the biggest role in my success.

At 'The Apt University', our focus is to cultivate relationships through empathy. Our goal isn't training teams on how to "always be selling". We show them how to "always be listening". Every candidate is trained to understand the core keys to develop an honest rapport and showcase value.
